1. Materials and methods

1.1 General information

A total of 55 patients with cardiovascular disease interventional therapy who were treated in  hospital A from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis, and all signed informed consent, including 30 males, 25 females, and 36 years old ~81 years old, with an average age of 62.5 years.

1.2 Method

The puncture location is the radial artery, femoral artery or brachial artery. For patients with radial artery puncture, perform the Allen test before operation. Raise the patient’s arm. After the operator feels the pulse of the patient’s radial-ulnar artery with both thumbs, tell the patient to make a fist and relax. , repeated 3 times, block the radial-ulnar artery blood flow, after the patient’s hand turns white, lower the patient’s forearm, release the compression of the ulnar artery, and observe the time for the patient’s hand to turn red. Good blood circulation: 0-7 s; Suspicious: 8-15 s; Insufficient blood supply: more than 15 s. If the Allen test is more than 7 s, femoral artery puncture can be selected. 

First, perform skin disinfection and local anesthesia on the patient, choose 1% lidocaine, the angle between the skin and the puncture needle is 30°-40°, the bevel of the needle is downward, and the most obvious radial artery pulse is punctured at the position 0.5 cm distal to the patient , after seeing the return of blood, press down the tail of the puncture needle, hold the needle core, slowly insert the trocar to the required depth, pull out the needle core, quickly connect the sterile pressure measuring tube, which contains heparin saline, flush Clean the blood in the pipeline and the needle, disinfect the part again, fix and cover it with a sterile applicator, connect the disposable pressure transducer and follow the instruction for use of blood pressure monitoring kit.

2. Results

Experiments in this group: invasive blood pressure monitoring and nursing were implemented for the patients. The blood pressure of all patients remained stable. After interventional therapy and extubation, the incidence of complications was 0.00% (0/55).

Based on the above data, it can be concluded that the application of invasive blood pressure monitoring in interventional treatment of cardiovascular diseases has obvious effects.
