The main function of Contrast Media Injector is to control the injection rate, pressure and volume of the contrast agent required for angiography. Its working principle is that after the set rate is programmed by the microprocessor, the rate of the injection motor is controlled by the control circuit. When the set rate and actual rate are not equal, the motor rotates – integrate the difference between the set rate and the actual rate from the processor to generate a calibration factor. When the set rate is equal to the actual rate, this factor is zero; the pressure control is controlled by the circuit monitoring and limiting the main circuit to sample the motor current, and accurately measure the actual pressure, if the actual pressure tries to exceed the preset pressure, the injection rate will be limited. The contrast dose and injection volume are controlled by two sets of circuits respectively. If the actual injection volume exceeds the set volume, an injection failure will occur, and the position of the syringe piston (equal to the injection volume) is monitored and controlled to cut off the injection. At the end of injection, control the brake switch to cut off the motor power and stop the motor.

Antmed single-head ANT000200 high-pressure injector can only inject contrast medium, while the double-head high-pressure injector ANT200200L and ANT200200D can simultaneously inject contrast medium and normal saline in a certain proportion, which fully diagnose and evaluate the left and right atrium, and reduce the process of image reconstruction and correction. The biggest highlight of our products is the waterproof design of the machine head and wireless Bluetooth connection, no wiring is required, and the machine can be moved at any time. According to feedback from customers, Antmed product is durable and can withstand more than 100 injections per day.
